• First you say what you want
• Then we consider whether we can provide it - an honest appraisal of what we could offer, or if we can't meet your needs, a suggestion of other consultants who may be able to help

Once we are working together we:

• Assess what options are available and the pros and cons of each
• Explore and review requirements - when appropriate dig deeper into your requirements focusing on what's required and why
• Identify candidate solutions - propose one or more solutions, with cost/benefit analysis - identify primary and 'extra' benefits from potential solutions
• Make recommendations
• Implement solutions - if required implement preferred options
