SP PI Workbook Data Quality Analyser

This program extracts data from any number of PI Workbooks and compares it to SPLS data as held in the SPLS Data Extract. It is possible to extract and compare any data as required, but typically this includes Service No and Name, Provider Name, Service Type and Duration, Primary Client Group, Service Capacity and Weekly Hours Worked.The program produces a report showing the PI Workbook data against the SPLS data, enabling easy identification of data inconsistencies.

SP PI Workbook Data Capture

This program extracts any PI Workbooks data, producing a single sheet with one row per service. This can be used to produce a data capture sheet for data inputting PI data into the SPLS, or to extract data for further analysis, for example, client departure data. The program can be easily configured by the end user to select any data items required from the PI Workbooks.
