This system utilises SPLS Data Extracts as a source of data containing readily accessible and very useful calculated information, for example, annual service cost, average unit cost and so on.

Additional useful measures are also included such as Hours per Unit and Hourly Unit Rate. This enables production of management reports much more easily than with the standard Anite Business Objects universe.

The system allows multiple SPLS data extracts to be loaded, enabling the production of time-based reporting and trend analysis.

A number of pre-defined reports are supplied, including:

• Service information - includes all main service classifications plus unit and hourly cost information
• Performance information
• Service Directory (?)
